Kristy has been an elite athlete for over 20 years and has been performing as an acrobat with the world renowned CIRQUE DU SOLEIL for the past 7 years. Kristy is a former Australian Champion in Power Tumbling and has over 10 years experience working as a nationally recognized gymnastics and trampoline coach.
As a personal trainer, Kristy is extremely dedicated to helping her clients achieve results. Throughout her career Kristy has been trained, and mentored, by some of the worlds best coaches, trainers, and athletes. She brings a great deal of knowledge, expertise, and a wealth of personal experience to, not only her clients, but also the health and fitness industry.
